WHAT IS NIGHT AT THE PARKLAND?

The spectacular starlit concert series has arrived in Brisbane.

Find yourself captivated by some of the biggest names in music set against this mesmerising backdrop steeped in history and natural beauty, perched above Brisbane CBD. A premium open-air experience like no other!

WHAT TIME DOES THE EVENT START AND FINISH?

ALL FRIDAY / SATURDAY PERFORMANCES
Gates to the event site will open at 6:00pm
9:30pm show finish

ALL SUNDAY PERFORMANCES
Gates to the event site will open at 4:00pm
7:30pm show finish

CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE AT THE FESTIVAL?

Of course! There will be a great selection of Night at The Parkland memorabilia and artist merchandise for purchase at the event.

SECURITY / BAG CHECK

At the discretion of our approved Security Team you may be requested to undertake a bag search.

ARE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE AT THE SHOW?

Absolutely! A full bar with a selection of beer, champagne, wine and spirits will be available prior to the performance and during intermissions. Patrons can also purchase food from some local vendors, we encourage patrons to come to the site prior to showtime to enjoy what is on offer.

Food and beverages are not permitted to be brought into the event site.

Some of the food vendors on site will be announced here soon.

ARE THERE SPECIAL EFFECTS THAT OCCUR DURING THE SHOW?

Night at The Parkland may use strobe lighting as well as theatrical smoke throughout some performances.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT’S RAINING ON SHOW DAY?

Night at The Parkland is an outdoor event. Please note the performances will proceed unless extreme weather is a threat to patrons, staff or performers safety at Night at The Parkland during showtime. If it is raining you should expect the performance to proceed as scheduled.

We strongly recommend you come prepared with wet weather gear, raincoats and ponchos (umbrellas may be used at the back or side of the seated area only so no views are blocked).

There will be ponchos available at our merchandise outlet. Night at The Parkland will provide as much notice as possible regarding any changes to performances due to extreme weather, however as weather conditions are unpredictable this status may change at any time so please keep an eye on our facebook link and instagram link for the most up to date information. The decision to delay or cancel a show is made by the Promoter on-site and can be made at any time up to or during the performance.

What about the local wildlife?

Night at The Parkland understands the sensitivities associated with the abundant wildlife in the surrounding area to The Amphitheatre. All our planning has taken into account the local environment to ensure the event has minimal impact on the local wildlife, and to create the least amount of disturbance to the local environment. Our traffic, waste, noise, lighting and food plans all detail how we are taking necessary steps to avoid adverse affects on the local wildlife populations which include amongst other measures a detailed education process for staff and crew working at the site.

There are many ways to get to the event at The Amphitheatre, Roma Street, Parkland.

We would like to remind guests to consider the local residents, and particularly wildlife that live in the area.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Please see below:

  2. Tap My Events to find your event, view your seat locations, barcodes and more.
  3. We recommend adding your tickets to your mobile wallet so that you’ll always have your ticket on hand — even without internet connection.

DO CHILDREN GET IN FOR FREE?

Night at The Parkland is an All Ages event and tickets start from $99. Check out the ticket options website. Children aged 3 and under will be able to attend for free with any ticket holding adult, however they must not occupy a seat.

A Family ticket for 4 persons is available for certain performances.

Our box office is open 60 minutes prior to Gates Open for customer service, collecting and purchasing tickets.

ACCESSIBILITY

There is a limited amount of accessibility parking for allocation with a valid mobility parking permit. These must be booked in advance by contacting info@nightattheparkland.com.au.

WILL THERE BE AN ACCESSIBILITY VIEWING AREA FOR PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY?

For all seated performances we have ample accessibility seating available. For all General Admission performances, an accessibility viewing area is available. We welcome all attendees and are happy to ensure accessibility wherever possible. Please refer to our site map on each artist page.

Drop off will be at the main entrance, Wickham Terrace, opposite Lilley Street.

EVENT RULES

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

  • ID – this is an all ages event however you must present your ID when asked to validate age (acceptable forms of identification are DRIVERS LICENCE, PASSPORT, AUSTRALIA POST KEYPASS and PROOF OF AGE CARD. This is in accordance with liquor licensing laws).
  • If you have any medication please ensure it is clearly labelled with prescription details.
  • Night at The Parkland is cashless, so please bring a credit or debit card for purchases.
  • Your ticket.
  • Money and/or bankcard. ATMs will NOT be present on site.
  • A copy of your festival ticket (Can be digital or printed).
  • The concert is set outdoors, so sun protection for afternoon shows, (hat and sunscreen) is recommended. Likewise for evening shows we suggest warm clothing is a good idea as the sun drops.
  • If it looks like rain, bring along wet weather gear, ponchos will be available for purchase if you forget your wet weather gear. (NO UMBRELLAS can be used whilst in your seat, but are ok when standing around the venue not blocking peoples view)

WHAT SHOULDN’T I BRING?

  • Any bags or backpacks over 40x40cm, pets (excluding service animals), director chairs, selfie sticks, an esky, glass, alcohol or drugs, weapons (including pocket knives), fireworks and anything flammable or deemed dangerous. Patrons found with these items will have them confiscated on entry.
  • Food and Beverages will not be allowed to be brought into the precinct. We have a variety of local suppliers on site who will be selling food and drink throughout the duration of the evening.
  • Professional camera equipment will be held for the duration of the event. For media enquiries and permitted requests for approved content capture please reach out to info@nightattheparkland.com.au.
  • Seats and chairs of any kind may not be brought into the venue.

WHAT IS PERMITTED?

  • Strollers/Prams and wheelchairs are permitted.
  • Mobile phones are permitted however please be respectful of other guests and try to live in the moment of the performances.
  • Umbrellas are permitted inside, however can NOT be used whilst in your seat, and if blocking others view.
  • Empty reusable water bottles (water stations are available on site).
  • Picnic Blankets are allowed in the General Admission Picnic Blanket Zone – refer to map. Seats and chairs of any kind however are not permitted and may not be brought into the venue.

NO SMOKING

Smoking, including vaping, is not permitted anywhere within the event precinct, including outside entry.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Entry to Night at The Parkland is subject to our Conditions of Entry.

ARE UNDER 18’S ALLOWED IN ALL AREAS OF NIGHT AT THE PARKLAND?

Night at The Parkland is an all ages event, however, people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Under 18’s are permitted in most of the sections of the site, however they are not permitted in the licensed bar areas. however, people under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Event personnel will be able to assist if you are unsure which areas are for 18+ guests only.

ARE PASS OUT’S PERMITTED?

Unfortunately pass out’s are not permitted at Night at The Parkland.
